Director Fund to Award Up to 20 Points for Qualification Category

According to the government decree dated October 21, 2025, number 662, changes and additions have been made to the regulation regarding the director fund that incentivizes exemplary employees of general education institutions. Under the new procedure, teachers' activities will be evaluated based on 9 indicators, and a total of 100 points can be accumulated.

Among these indicators, the qualification category of the teacher is evaluated separately. ## Points for Qualification Category Depending on the current qualification category of the teacher, the following points will be awarded: - If the teacher holds a specialist position — 0 points; - If the teacher has a second qualification category — 5 points; - If the teacher has a first qualification category — 10 points; - If the teacher has a higher qualification category — 20 points.
