Terms of service

Last updated: 15 September 2026 · Slide AI

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Slide AI platform (primary domain: www.kurs-ishi.uz; brand: Slide AI). Visiting the site, registering, running AI tools, browsing the library/universities/careers pages, or paying for features means you agree to these terms. The text is practical and aligned with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This document is not legal advice.

Acceptance and updates

If you disagree, do not use the service. Material changes are posted on this page; the update date appears at the top. Continued use means you accept the revised version.

Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Public Offer. If they conflict: Privacy Policy prevails on personal data; Public Offer on payment/delivery; otherwise these Terms prevail.

What the service covers

Slide AI is an online platform in Uzbek, Russian, and English. Main areas: (1) AI tools — presentations (PPTX), coursework, reports (referat), essays, theses, articles, independent study work, quizzes/tests, flashcards, resumes, document/PDF AI, test solving, media summaries, images, audio/podcasts, voice tools, and other study/work generations; (2) a digital library — book catalog, author pages, PDF preview/download when available; (3) university/HEI reference and SEO pages, comparison; (4) careers/profession information; (5) guides and SEO/landing pages; (6) user dashboard, generation history, and Telegram bot (@ihujjat_bot) as the same service.

“User” means anyone with an account or using an anonymous trial. “Content” means prompts, uploads, settings, and AI outputs. “Free quota” means fair-use free generations. “Credits / balance” means wallet funds used in paid mode or when the free promo is off.

Account, authentication, and security

Some features require an account via email, Google, or Telegram. Information you provide must be accurate. Sharing an account to bypass limits or creating fake accounts is prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your password and access secure. If you notice unauthorized activity, email [email protected] immediately. We may limit or delete accounts for security or rule violations. Only authorized staff may access the admin panel.

Free quota and fair use

In the current product, AI generations usually run in free mode: a registered user receives a shared free quota across all tools (default: 10 successful generations; the limit may change via server settings). Anonymous trials may be limited (by IP/device). Daily and concurrent technical limits may apply.

When the quota is exhausted, new free generations may be unavailable. That is a fair-use limit, not an “insufficient balance” error. Limits may be tightened against abuse. Promo terms and prices are reflected on the Pricing page.

Paid features, wallet, and payment

When the free promo is off or paid plans/wallet are enabled, generations may be billed from credits (wallet) or a subscription. Prices are shown on the site in UZS; there are no hidden fees. Payments are processed via Payme, Click, and other methods listed on the site; card details are not stored on our servers.

After successful payment, credits or a subscription are applied to your account. Bank/provider fees follow their own rules. Balance and payment status appear in the dashboard.

Refunds

Successful generations and used credits are generally not fully cash-refunded automatically — the digital result is delivered immediately.

If there is a technical failure, double charge, or the service was not provided, email [email protected] with the transaction/generation ID, time, and a short description. We may offer credit return, a re-run, or another fair remedy.

License to use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Slide AI interface, tools, and public information pages for personal or educational purposes.

Copying platform code, mass scraping, reverse engineering, attacking the service, unauthorized API/access, or bypassing protections is prohibited.

AI content and academic responsibility

Text, slides, images, audio, and documents from AI are automated assistance. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, carry plagiarism risk, or fail school/university requirements.

You must review results before publishing, submitting, or using them commercially. Academic integrity, citation, teacher/university rules, and the law are your responsibility. Slide AI does not guarantee error-free AI output and is not liable for grades, rejection, or disciplinary outcomes.

Library, universities, and information pages

Library books, covers, PDFs, and metadata may come from open or licensed sources. Preview/download is for personal reading; redistributing in violation of copyright, re-uploading publicly, or commercializing without rights is prohibited. Keep source attribution when shown.

University, careers, guide, and SEO pages are general information and do not replace admissions offices, ministries, or employers. Figures, scores, fees, and requirements may change — verify official sources before important decisions.

User content and reviews

You confirm you have the rights to files, prompts, feedback, and reviews you submit. Do not upload illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing material.

We may process your content as needed to provide the service, keep it secure, and improve quality. Content that breaks the rules may be removed.

Intellectual property

The Slide AI brand, design, software, marketing materials, and platform structure belong to the service. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.

Compliance with law and third-party rights when using AI output is your responsibility. Exclusivity of outputs derived from general model knowledge is not guaranteed.

Prohibited use

You may not create or upload illegal, harmful, fraudulent, violent, or discriminatory content, content involving exploitation of minors, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.

Do not attack the service, run DDoS, scrape it, automate abuse, spam, harm other users, or bypass limits. Accounts that break the rules may be limited or removed; serious cases may be reported to competent authorities.

Availability, retention, and changes

We aim for reliable uptime, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages (AI, hosting, payments), or force majeure.

We may change tools, pricing, limits, the library catalog, and the interface with notice or when required by law. Generated files are usually kept for a limited time (e.g. 7 days) — download them promptly.

Age and capacity

The service is primarily for learners, students, and professionals. Minors must use it with a legal guardian’s consent and supervision.

By creating an account or paying, you confirm legal capacity or that you have a guardian’s consent.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee no outages, delays, data loss, AI errors, completeness of library/university information, or third-party uptime.

To the extent allowed by law, Slide AI’s total liability is limited to what you paid for the relevant service (which may be zero for free use). Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation via official channels.

If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled as provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
