This document is a public offer (оферта) for free and paid digital services of Slide AI (www.kurs-ishi.uz) under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Accepting the offer concludes a service contract. This text is not legal advice.
General provisions
The offeror is the service operating as Slide AI on www.kurs-ishi.uz, providing AI tools, a user dashboard, a Telegram bot, and related digital features (the “Provider”). The platform is built by TheUzSoft.
The offeree is any individual or authorized representative using the site or bot (the “Customer”). The offer is public: anyone may join the contract by acceptance.
Definitions
“Service” means AI generation, free quota, wallet/subscription (when enabled), the dashboard, library browsing, university/careers/guide information pages, and related features. “Acceptance” means registration, payment, starting a generation, submitting the contact form, or other clear consent. “Plan / quota” means prices, limits, and promo terms published on the site.
This offer, published prices, and the Terms of Service together form the contract. If they conflict on payment or delivery, this offer prevails; on personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Subject of the offer
The Provider enables the Customer to obtain a digital result (file, text, media, or other output) via online AI tools. Output is automated and depends on inputs, the model, and queue load.
Library, university, careers, and SEO pages are informational; they do not mean physical goods delivery. The service is delivered remotely.
How acceptance works
The offer is accepted by any of: creating an account; starting a free or paid generation; paying for a plan or top-up; or checking an offer-consent control.
On acceptance, the Customer confirms legal capacity (or guardian consent) and that they have read the terms. Minors must use the service with a legal guardian’s consent.
Delivery under the free quota
In free mode, the Provider runs generations within the published quota and technical limits. The default free quota is about 10 successful generations per user (may change via server settings). Anonymous trials may be limited separately.
Quota exhaustion is not defective performance — it is the fair-use boundary under the contract. Further use may be available if the promo is renewed, account rules are followed, or paid mode is enabled.
Rights and obligations
The Provider aims to deliver the service as described, process payments when enabled, provide support, and respect privacy.
The Customer must provide accurate information, avoid prohibited content, review AI output, use library materials lawfully, and not infringe third-party rights.
Price and payment
While the free promo applies, core AI generations may not require payment. In paid mode, prices and plans are shown on the site in UZS and may be updated by the Provider. The price shown before activation applies to that order.
Payment methods: Payme, Click, and others listed on the site. After successful payment, credits, a subscription, or a generation become available. Card details are not stored on the Provider’s servers.
Service delivery timing
Generation usually completes within a few minutes, depending on queue, tool type, and load. Status is shown in the UI or history. Ready files can be downloaded.
Files are kept for a limited time (usually 7 days). After expiry they may be deleted — the Customer must download them in time.
Claims and refunds
A full cash refund for a successfully completed generation is generally not provided because the digital service is delivered immediately. Cash refunds do not apply to results within the free quota.
If there is a technical error, double payment, or the service was not provided, the Customer may email [email protected] within 10 calendar days. Valid claims may result in credit return, a re-run, or other compensation.
Intellectual property
The platform, brand, and software belong to the Provider. The Customer may use AI results for personal/educational purposes subject to law and third-party rights.
The Customer is responsible for materials they submit. Copyright in library PDFs depends on the source/license; the Customer does not automatically receive redistribution rights.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” The Provider is not liable for AI errors, academic rejection, changes in university/career information, or consequences of the Customer not reviewing output.
To the extent allowed by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order (which may be zero for free use).
Force majeure
Natural disasters, war, epidemic restrictions, internet/provider outages, government acts, and other events beyond reasonable control are force majeure.
During force majeure, performance deadlines may be extended; parties notify each other when reasonably possible.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are first handled by written request ([email protected] or the Contact form) and negotiation. A response is usually provided within 15 business days of receipt.
If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Final provisions
The current offer text is published on this www.kurs-ishi.uz page. The Provider may update the offer; the new version takes effect on publication unless stated otherwise.
