The International Festival "Echo of the Desert" to be Held in Ellikqala on September 25-26

Festival "Echo of the Desert" The IV International Festival "Echo of the Desert" will be held on September 25-26 in the Ellikqala district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The event is organized by the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE) in collaboration with the Tourism Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and several ministries and agencies — this was announced by the university's official channel. ## Purpose of the Festival The main goal of the event is to widely promote the historical, cultural, pilgrimage, and ecological tourism directions of the Ellikqala district, as well as the activities of local artisans and the tourism sites in the region. ## Two-Day Program - International training sessions aimed at developing the tourism potential of the region; - Visual arts competitions at the historical site "Tupraq-kala"; - National dishes competition and concert by the Akchakol lake; - Excursion through the historical complex "Ichan-kala".
