Lavrov: if Europe attacks Russia, the war will be very short

Speaking about relations with the U.S., he noted that Washington is offering Moscow to restore bilateral dialogue, and some contacts are ongoing. However, according to Lavrov, normalizing relations between the two countries is necessary for full-fledged dialogue.
