A new educational program in media business may be opened at the Tashkent branch of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). This was announced by Artem Malgin, the first vice-rector of MGIMO. > "A serious advertising market is developing in the country.
I believe that during this year we will thoroughly develop this direction, plan it, and perhaps you will see in our announcements a new media business program that we will offer next summer," Malgin said during the branch's open house event. This year, a program in "Financial Economics and Financial Technologies" was also opened at the branch.
The first-year students of the new program were ceremonially presented with their student IDs. Speaking about the students of the Tashkent branch, Malgin particularly noted their high level of preparation and hard work. > "Our colleagues who meet the students of the Tashkent branch for the first time are amazed by their diligence.
They see that the level of knowledge of the students here is on par with that of their Moscow peers, while they also have their own worldview. This is because they study in the Tashkent campus, where there are different tasks and different cultural and national contexts," he added.
