Requirements for Students During Class Sessions Announced

The Minister of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan, in his order No. 282 dated August 31, 2023, "On the Approval of Improved Sample Rules of Conduct in General Education Institutions," has set forth a series of requirements for students. The text of the order has also been published on our website. ## Requirements During Class Sessions According to the order, students must adhere to the following requirements during class sessions: - Attend with the appropriate textbooks and necessary educational tools; - Not get distracted by other activities unrelated to the educational process; - Raise their hand and ask for permission if they wish to address the teacher or respond to a question; - Fully comply with sanitary, hygiene, and technical safety regulations. ## Purpose of the Rules These requirements are aimed at fostering discipline, culture, respect, and a sense of responsibility among students, as well as ensuring a safe and healthy environment within the educational institution.

The sample rules also mentioned the established regulations for students on school grounds and six prohibitions implemented for students.
