Candidates Unsuccessful for University Admission Can Choose Technical Schools and Colleges by August 25

The final results of the university admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year were released on August 15. Now, candidates who were not recommended for university can choose professions and specialties in colleges and technical schools.

The selection process will occur through the my.uzbmb.uz platform until August 25, 2026. Who can participate in the technical school selection?

Candidates who took the entrance exams for higher and vocational educational institutions can participate in the selection. Applicants can select through the electronic system: a college or technical school; a profession or specialty; the form of education.

The selection can be changed once. A candidate who has made their selection will not be able to change it afterward.

However, data can be edited and selections can be changed until the deadline for submissions on August 25. Therefore, it is recommended that applicants consider their interests, future job opportunities, and the location of the educational institution when choosing professions and specialties.

When will the results be announced? After the selection for vocational educational institutions concludes on August 25, the results for the candidates will be compiled.

The final results regarding recommendations for admission will be published within a week after the selection process is fully completed. Thus, the admission process for candidates unsuccessful for university is not yet over — they have the opportunity to select available professions and specialties in colleges and technical schools.
