Fines of up to 15 BHM for Interference in Pedagogical Activities

According to Article 1975 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, responsibility is established for interfering with the professional activities of educational staff or for obstructing them in the performance of their official duties. Interference, expressed as influencing the correct and impartial assessment of students' knowledge or hindering the performance of a teacher's duties, will result in a fine. ## Amounts of Fines | Offender | Fine (in BHM) | Amount (in BHM 440,000 sums) | | --- | --- | --- | | Citizens | 7–10 times | 3,080,000 — 4,400,000 sums | | Officials | 10–15 times | 4,400,000 — 6,600,000 sums | ## Repeat Offenses If a similar offense occurs within a year after an administrative penalty has been applied, the penalties are increased: - For citizens — fines from 10 to 15 times the base calculation amount (up to 6,600,000 sums); - For officials — fines from 15 to 20 times (up to 8,800,000 sums) or administrative detention for up to 15 days.
