If there are fewer than 25 students in a class, a second class will not be opened

There have been questions at the school regarding the number of students in the 11th grade, where currently 36 students are enrolled. The organization of classes in educational institutions is regulated by the regulation on 'Class Formation in General Educational Institutions and the Formation of Tariff Lists.' To ensure the rational use of state budget funds and to prevent excess expenses, the formation of classes exceeding the established norms is not allowed. ## Reason Why 36 Students Cannot Be Divided into Two Classes If there are a total of 36 students in the 11th grade, dividing them into two classes of 18 students each does not comply with the current norms, as the number of students in each class would fall below the established minimum norm — for urban areas, this is 25 students.
