Investigation Underway for Physical Force Used on Student in Sirdarya School

An investigation has been initiated regarding the use of physical force on a student in Sirdarya. The case is under the oversight of the Children's Ombudsman.

September 17, 2026, 2 minutes read. In a secondary school in Sirdarya region, a conflict arose between two female students, leading to one of them being physically assaulted by the mother of the other student.

According to the official channel of the Children's Ombudsman, the incident occurred on September 7 of this year when students A.Z. and Z.A. (girls born in 2013) began to argue during a class, resulting in a conflict. On September 8, A.Z.'s mother, S.Sh., contacted the school administration without following established procedures and summoned Z.A. out of class during a lesson.

Subsequently, their conversation escalated, and the woman physically assaulted the girl, scratching her neck. Investigation and Expertise The Department of Internal Affairs of the Boyovut district in Sirdarya region is conducting preliminary investigative actions regarding the incident.

A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the extent of damage to the child's health. Process and Consequences The Children's Ombudsman will continue to monitor the protection of the rights and legal interests of the minor child in this case.
