Opportunities for Education in Russia for Uzbekistan Students Discussed at Sputnik

Tashkent, September 17 – Sputnik. A press conference will be held at the Sputnik press center dedicated to the international exhibition-fair "Russian Education.

Tashkent — 2026," organized by Irina Staroselskaya, head of the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Uzbekistan. The event will begin on September 22 at 14:00 Tashkent time.

The exhibition-fair will take place on September 25-26 at the MGIMO branch in Tashkent. The press conference will provide information on the following topics: - the exhibition program and participating Russian universities; - opportunities for admission and education at Russian universities; - education based on quotas provided by the government of the Russian Federation; - prospects for cooperation in the field of education between Russia and Uzbekistan.

Additionally, prospective students and their parents will have the opportunity to directly communicate with representatives of Russian universities and receive consultations on educational programs and admission requirements. Journalists are invited to participate.
