Starting August 1, 2026, a new electronic service for students will be launched. Dormitory placement and temporary registration will now be conducted through a single platform.

Previously, after settling into the dormitory, students needed to prepare additional documents and contact various organizations for temporary registration. Under the new procedure, these processes will be handled through one electronic service.

How to submit an application? Students will use the "Submit Application for Dormitory Placement" service on the my.gov.uz portal.

Once the application is confirmed, the following documents will be automatically generated: - electronic contract; - placement referral; - electronic document confirming temporary registration after payment. This new service will be beneficial for: - undergraduate students; - graduate students; - all students residing in dormitories.

It is important to note that the temporary registration period is valid from the date of payment until the term specified in the contract. In summary, the new electronic service speeds up the dormitory placement process for students and reduces bureaucratic hurdles.

All main processes will now be conducted through a single platform.
