Survey on Public Transport Services Launched in Tashkent

In Tashkent, a survey is being organized among the population to study the convenience of using public transport and the quality of services provided. The survey is being conducted in collaboration with the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport and the Main Department for the Development of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the city — this was reported by the Tashkent transport administration. ## Objectives of the Survey - To study the experience and opinions of passengers regarding the use of public transport; - To identify existing problems; - To formulate proposals for further improvement of transport services. ## Who Can Participate Students, professors, and all citizens who regularly use public transport in Tashkent can participate in the survey.
