‘Home Alone 2’ Actor Tim Curry Passes Away at 80

British actor Tim Curry has died at the age of 80. He passed away on August 25 in his home in Los Angeles.

The cause of death has not been disclosed, according to Reuters. Born in 1946 in England, Tim Curry began his creative career on the stage.

Subsequently, after moving to the United States, he continued much of his work in Hollywood. Curry is best known to Uzbek audiences for his role as hotel staff member Mr.

Hector in ‘Home Alone 2: Lost in New York’. One of his most iconic roles that brought him worldwide fame was as Dr.

Frank-N-Furter in the 1975 film ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’. Tim Curry suffered a stroke in 2012; however, he continued his creative activities in recent years, participating in various voice roles and other projects.

He left an indelible mark on film history with his vibrant performances in theater, cinema, and voice work.
