Members of the 'Vatan tayanchi' movement who receive recommendation letters will be granted an additional 5% to their scores when applying to military, paramilitary, and legal higher education institutions. This was established in a departmental document on the procedure for issuing recommendation letters, registered by the Ministry of Justice.

According to the document, a recommendation letter is issued to one member of a detachment who has actively participated in the 'Vatan tayanchi' movement and graduated from the educational institution with excellent grades. This procedure applies to both public and private schools, presidential, creative, sports, and specialized schools, boarding schools, academic lyceums, and technical colleges.

Additionally, each detachment that graduates from the 'Jasorat maktabi' with honors can receive one recommendation letter. Benefits will also be granted to members of teams that take first place in the republican stage of the 'Vatanparvarlar' military-sport competition and the 'Shijoat va g'ayrat' competition among neighborhood youth.

The recommendation letters are formalized by the 'Vatan tayanchi' military-patriotic movement for children and adolescents under the Ministry of Defense. Holders of recommendation letters will receive an additional 5% to their scores in entrance tests or individual final interviews at military and paramilitary educational institutions, as well as legal education institutions.

For example, if an applicant scores 150 points, they will receive an additional 7.5 points. The recommendation letter will be valid for three years from the date of issuance.
