In master's programs, students enrolled at least in the 1st year, regardless of the program's duration, can participate. Candidates may submit applications for only one direction and one level of education. ### Project Requirements The project must bring specific practical benefits to Uzbekistan and address a real problem; purely theoretical or abstract ideas are not accepted. ## Process and Consequences In the bachelor's program, the project is presented in the form of an idea and implementation plan, while in the master's program, it is presented as an MVP — a working prototype, test results, initial user data, research results, or a patent application. ### Scholarship Amount and Payment Procedure The scholarship is awarded as a one-time grant: 1,000 USD for the bachelor's winner and 1,500 USD for the master's winner. ## Process and Consequences Funds will be transferred in Uzbek sums, calculated at the Central Bank's exchange rate on the payment day, to the winner's bank card.

Payment will be made in two parts: the first part (50% of the amount) will be paid within 15 working days from the day the bank details are confirmed, and the remaining part will be paid 6 months after the first payment. After the final results are announced, written appeals can be submitted within 5 working days.
